    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled plumbers to work in a heavy commercial setting. Candidates with commercial or industrial experience are preferred. We are looking for journeyman and foreman positions, with expertise ranging from underground skills to rough-in skills. Experience with EVC, cast iron, and copper is essential, as well as installation and layout experience. Proficiency in brazing and soldering and the ability to read and fully understand blueprints is required.

    Responsibilities

    + Work in a heavy commercial environment, applying underground and rough-in skills.

    + Handle plumbing materials such as EVC, cast iron, and copper.

    + Install plumbing systems and perform layout tasks.

    + Brazing and soldering of pipes.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + For pipe fitters: Connect equipment in mechanical rooms, including boilers, chillers, and pumps.

    + Bring and utilize personal hand tools appropriate to experience level.

    + Travel to and remain at assigned project sites, located in Denver and Boulder.

    + Adhere to jobsite orientation schedules and safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in commercial or industrial settings.

    + Proficiency in plumbing and pipe fitting.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with EVC, cast iron, copper pipe installations.

    + Brazing and soldering skills.

    + Experience with installation and layout.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Journeyman's license for Journeyman positions.

    + Mechanical room experience for pipe fitters, including equipment connections.

    + Personal hand tools reflecting experience level.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in heavy commercial buildings with a schedule of 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and occasional Saturday work. Steel-toed boots are required, and if needed, hard hats and vests will be provided.

    This is a Contract position based out of Broomfield, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
