Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker and contribute to the creation of high-quality metallic seals used in various industries, including aerospace. You will operate machinery and perform tasks that ensure the production of precise and reliable seals.

Responsibilities

+ Operate roll formers and polishing lathes to create metal seals, inspecting parts as they are manufactured.

+ Load sheet metal bands onto roll-formers, use a foot pump to roll metal into circular seals, and polish seals with sandpaper.

+ Work in the shearing department to cut metal for welders.

+ For MO II, roll large seals up to 8ft in diameter, take precise measurements using pi-tape and calipers, and adjust tool sets.

+ Operate semi-automatic TIG welders, aligning seams and ensuring weld quality.

+ Inspect welds and final parts using magnifier loupes, depth gauges, micrometers, and calipers.

+ Read job travelers and perform data entry using Microsoft Excel.

Essential Skills

+ Prior manufacturing experience.

+ Strong aptitude for math and experience with measuring tools.

+ Ability to work independently and follow instructions efficiently.

+ Good attention to detail and focus, especially for TIG welding roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
