Job Title: Labor Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Foreman to lead and manage construction projects at multiple sites across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in construction, with a preference for those with site work and environmental remediation expertise. Someone with experience in remediation and site work is what we are after. The starting pay rate will be between $35 - $45 an hour.

Responsibilities

+ Provide general site management and leadership for all onsite craft personnel.

+ Demonstrate and maintain a strong commitment to health and safety at all times.

+ Read and interpret plans and construction drawings accurately.

+ Utilize GPS equipment for construction purposes.

+ Maintain valid licenses and certifications as required, including a MA hoisting license with 1C/2A designation and OSHA 10 Hour certification.

+ Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

+ Travel within New England as necessary for project requirements.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of construction experience, with site work and/or environmental remediation preferred.

+ 5-10 years of experience working in a leadership role in the construction field.

+ Strong leadership mentality and ability to manage teams effectively.

+ Proficiency in environmental construction and safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with GPS equipment is a plus.

+ 40 Hour HAZWOPER training is preferred.

+ Possession of a 2A1C license is preferred.

This role will be based out of the Nashua, NH area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
