Job Title: Maintenance Parts Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Maintenance Parts Clerk** to support our food processing operations by ensuring the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities. This role involves managing parts and inventory, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining vendor relationships to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to minimize downtime. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of work orders.

+ Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. Track usage and reorder supplies as needed.

+ Create, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders, ensuring proper documentation and completion.

+ Communicate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and services while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of Maintenance parts experience

+ Inventory experience

+ Scheduling experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a manufacturing production environment

Work Environment

+ Work within departments such as juice extraction, processing, filling, and plastics. Primarily involved with bottle filling and molding machines that bottle six different product lines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
