The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a **Sr. Strategy Analyst** , you will apply your strengths in thought leadership (e.g., fact-based and analytical problem-solving; critical and conceptual thinking), passion for innovation, and strong leadership presence to developing growth initiatives for the company. You’ll lead workstreams on strategy consulting-like engagements that identify and seek to harness enterprise or business unit growth opportunities. You will be held accountable for performing research and analysis on consumer, market, competitive, and financial data to build strategies and business cases for competitive differentiation and growth. You'll then create executive level presentation materials to support your business case and help socialize findings with senior leaders. In collaboration with internal partners, you’ll also support the team’s business decisions and long-term transformation efforts and support the strategy leadership team in team development efforts and actively contribute to the team’s professional and fun culture.

About You:

+ 4-year college degree

+ Minimum of two years of strong business or consulting experience

+ Strong strategic, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and financial skills

+ Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately

+ Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team and business partners on a regular basis

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
