This role is Hybrid between the Phoenix Corporate office and Home. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 AM -5 PM. In this position you will be working on spreadsheets monitoring regulatory compliance and communicate to employees and leaders about non-compliance.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position works within a centralized team in human resources and are responsible for and assigned area and assists in actively managing human resources compliance and regulatory matters by region, business area or facility. Such matters include ensuring organizational educational, occupational health, and other similar regulatory requirements are met by the workforce.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Utilizes data to track, audit, and identify team members who are out of compliance with employment requirements such as but not limited to training, occupational health (mask fit, vaccination requirements), and employee acknowledgments.
2. Communicate with non-compliant team members and respective leaders to achieve compliance and follow escalation processes for continued non-compliance. This may include, managing complex and difficult conversations to achieve compliance of the requirements.
3. Provide leadership updates on compliance performance measures within assigned area.
4. Manage compliance platforms and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
5. Provide outstanding customer service to system-wide employees with inquiries. Handle sensitive employee situations that may involve complex triage and de-escalation of team members.
6. Collaborate with system stakeholders to problem-solve and achieve regulatory compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess knowledge as normally obtain through the completion of a Bachelor s degree in business, finance/accounting, human resources, healthcare management or related field.: or proficiency level typically achieved through equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive mind-set and ability to multi-task. Outstanding customer service skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and to handle confidential information appropriately.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, and experienced with Microsoft products including Excel, Power BI, and similar applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess 2-3 years of experience working in a human resources or compliance-related field.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
