    Senior Director EUC Risk and Compliance

     

    What does a successful Senior Director EUC Risk and Compliance do at Fiserv?

     

    You will provide leadership and execution within Fiserv’s Enterprise Risk, Controls & Compliance program, supporting End User Computing through alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and processes to help ensure systems, products and practices comply with policies, standards, and regulations. We are looking for a person to be able to lead compliance in EUC and owning remediation tasks from beginning to end ensuring compliance as defined by IT security policies and regulation requirements. This role is crucial in safeguarding the company's assets and ensuring regulatory compliance, thereby contributing to the company's reputation and operational efficiency. You will recommend practical solutions to help ensure the business meets applicable risk and compliance requirements. You will serve as the primary risk and compliance partner with Cyber Security, Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit. You will partner with internal subject matter experts, risk domain leaders, and legal partners.

    What you will do:

    + Support prioritization of risk & compliance program efforts by providing thought leadership and risk-based guidance to the business

    + Manage multiple, risk and compliance initiatives; communicate and escalate as appropriate while providing insights to senior leaders

    + Monitor the regulatory environment applicable to EUC products and services

    + Manage and modify the EUC vulnerability and resiliency management program

    + Align to asset management for accurate compliance reporting

    + Analyze the risk and regulatory landscape; anticipate and address future need

    + Support the creation of business cases for change and or investment as needs

    + Describe risks in terms such as exposure, financial risk, compliance and reputational risk

    What you will need to have:

    + 10+ years of experience in areas such as operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions

    + 7+ years of experience working within an enterprise level EUC architecture

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience

    What would be great to have:

    + Certifications like CGRC, GRCP, and CISA can be beneficial

    + Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS)
