    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + ​​​​Collaborate and partner with digital engineering managers, stakeholders and technology peers to develop strategic project plans.

    + Capture requirements and current state business processes to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.

    + Become the functional subject matter expert for key web applications.

    + Help coordinate quality control and continuous delivery efforts across teams and stakeholders.

    + Create clear documentation using appropriate artifacts (process flow diagrams, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, etc.).

    + Assist teams with change management to ensure adoption of process and technology changes.

    + Distill complex problems, ideas, and proposals into relevant documents and presentations as needed; present to business partners, peers, and leadership

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

    + Experience communicating technical subjects to non-technical audiences.

    + Experience and interest in simplifying complex workflows.

    + Experience and interest in using generative AI to add value to your work as well as that of our customers, partners and teammates.

    What You've Accomplished:

    + ​​5+ years of Business Systems Analysis and/or Business Operations experience in an engineering or IT environment

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
