**The role you’ll contribute:** The Physician Liaison develops physician referrals through marketing of the organization's services and specialists to primary care physicians and partner facilities.

The value you’ll bring to the team

• Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with the physician community and partner facilities.

• This position requires a minimum of 75% to 80% of time in the field/travel in their assigned markets.

• Works with leadership to implement marketing initiatives for pipeline development of referring physicians.

• Identifies physicians' needs, offers solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services. Elevate market intelligence as well as outcomes and barriers to leadership.

• Develops and implements strategic physician marketing plans while understanding profitability. Sets appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrates positive ROI.

• Maintains constant communication to Marketing and Campus/Service Line leadership.

• Possess the ability to use Crimson, First Look, SG2, Optum, QlikView to review data and develop strong strategies around that data and intel.

• Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respective to all.

• Forecasts and monitors volumes and referral patterns to meet organizational goals.

• Working closely with consumer marketing and business development teams to coordinate strategic initiatives and implementation, ensuring alignment and support between consumer and physician.

• Assists in recruitment as needed.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:

REQUIRED:

• Associate’s degree in business, Marketing or Health Science, or a related field

• Driver License, Valid and in State

PREFERRED:

• 2 years of account management experience
