What you'll do...
• Develop, Support and Maintain processes; Develop subject matter expertise (SME) through program interaction and support.
• Milestone Training – Lead the training and continuous improvement initiatives for Milestones.
• FEDEBOM/Qlik Sense/Future BoM System Finance Lead – Lead the training and continuous improvement initiatives for the FEDEBOM, Qlik Sense, and the future BoM systems. Interface regularly with IT to support the development of enhanced tools and methods to deliver program reports more efficiently.
• LORA Management – Work with Core Program Management and Finance teams to maintain and update the Levels of Release Authority Document.
• Standardization of Global Processes – Work cross-functionally to develop and implement consistent reports and processes around the world.
• iERP Process Integration - Work cross-functionally to implement updated processes aligned with iERP system.
• Project Synergy - Help influence the future of program reporting relating to cost and sourcing.
• Provide support and input to Program Finance teams.

+ Bachelor or MBA in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
