Position Summary...
This role of Sr. Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part of the Shopping Strategy, to ultimately fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will lead the shopper experience on the salesfloor to ensure they can shop the customer order and provide an outstanding customer experience. This includes a passion for data, and identifying opportunities, and where we can deliver for our customer.
This role will lead multiple teams to build out a wholistic roadmap of technology and product development. Additionally, this roles team will orchestrate matrixed teams across the organization to deliver on team and company goals.
This position will be an innovation and culture champion, leading leaders to develop team skills and ultimately pursue excellence on behalf of our shoppers and customers.
What you'll do...
+ Leading a team of leaders - attracting and developing talent to continually strive for excellence.
+ Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize business impact and value
+ Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and long-term vision within the Last Mile delivery and End to End space
+ Analyze an array of data, feedback and operational metrics across the shopping experience to identify opportunities and orchestrate resources to drive positive customer and user outcomes.
+ Champion a customer-first mindset while ensuring that all Strategic decisions are financially viable and contribute to long-term business success
+ 10+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, Product Operations, or eCommerce growth in a large-scale digital or Omnichannel organization.
+ Proven track record of driving Strategic business initiatives from ideation to execution, with a measurable impact on profitability and customer experience.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
+ experience working with data science, analytics, and automation technologies to drive data-backed business decisions.
+ Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
+ Passion for customer experience, digital transformation, and innovation in retail.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project
management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
