    The Corporate Real Estate Product and Technology team is a specialized group focused on providing new technical solutions across multiple business functions to eliminate workplace friction for our associates and guests. From digital white glove concierge to innovative auto tinting windows, we develop the products and deliver solutions that make working at the home office an enjoyable experience for all associates.     This role is specifically focused on Project and Program delivery of multiple technical solutions. The scope includes the end-to-end management of projects and programs encompassing the creation of new conceptual designs, contractual partnering with internal and external stakeholders, solution technical development, deployment, and automation.

    What you’ll do:

    In this role you will coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. You’ll test your skills identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, and measuring progress in achieving results identifying and addressing improvement opportunities. As a leader you will demonstrate adaptability and be a champion in promoting continuous learning for yourself and others.

     

    Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by training, mentoring, and assigning duties providing recognition and ensuring diversity project and program success.

     

    Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values, standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Provides direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices while providing feedback on potential changes along the way.

     

    Implements project and program plan changes and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust. Prioritizes critical issues for root cause analysis, ensuring resolution of critical issues through execution of tasks and milestones of the program reviewing high level deliverables and preparing and presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership.

     

    Evaluates program or program performance by comparing projections to actual results identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data. conducts return on investment analyses reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders identifying and addressing cross functional program and project issues collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes to increase service and product capabilities while recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.

     

    Executes complex programs by prioritizing critical issues conducting root cause analysis and escalating complex or difficult issues managing stakeholder expectations while offering mitigation opportunities for leadership decisioning. Holding internal and external program teams and members accountable for program delivery and developing performance reports that drive improvement.

    What you’ll bring:

    + The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of technical project management experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment managing large teams of diverse cultures and skill sets. You will need conceptual understanding of multiple business functions including accounting, finance, Real estate, Platform Technology and Data insights. You will apply knowledge from experience in creating green field smart building technology delivery plans while also understanding and putting into action your ability to conduct RFIs, create business requirements, contracts, and execution plans.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.     The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
