CACI is seeking a Project Manager to manage the Program Management Office for the FPS 4 Project based in Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities:
• Attend appropriate meetings
• Manage the PMO’s maintenance of accurate project documentation
• Providing technical support for the implementation of the Ashburn System Integration Lab (SIL).
• Oversee Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Contract Deliverables (CDRLS)
• Oversee Development, management and upkeep of the Integrated Master Schedule for PMIs
• Oversee Engineering department.
• Oversee Ashburn warehouse and performance of Logistics duties IAW MIL-STD-130N requirements for Identification, Tracking & Marking of US Military Property (IUID)
• Manage and oversee teams of Quality Assurance Quality Control activities
• Promote interface with customers and stakeholders
More About the Role:
+ Keep the Program Manager on track and assist in the execution of their duties
+ Be a seasoned, reasonable voice
+ Provide both technical and managerial input and rationalization
+ Help define and implement a vision
+ Lead upwards
+ Run the meetings and report up the chain of command
Required qualifications:
• 20+ years of experience in electronic security systems or related field
• CACI Management experience
• Posses or be able to obtain a Secret clearance level
• Requires a HS diploma or GED
• Experience with USAFLCMC and HBU
• Relevant ESS Project Management Experience
• Have performed all tasks relating contractor verification testing (CVT), government acceptance testing (GAT) and final acceptance
• Understand employment of AFI 31-101, ESC Siting Criteria and the AFLCMC CMD.
• Have on-site experience with installation and preventative maintenance operations.
• Have onsite experience with ESS installation and maintenance tasks.
• Work well with others
Desired qualifications:
• Familiarity with CACI Delivery • Familiarity with DoD Safe CDRL delivery
• Working knowledge of Vindicator, Advantor, AMAG, PELCO Endura, VICADS and Hirsch security systems.
• Working knowledge of approved Intrusion Detection & Access Control System devices and configurations
• Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and other Computer Assisted Drawing tools.
• IMMS for AF Maintenance Tracking purposes

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
