    Pratt and Whitney is looking for a motivated **FP&A Manager – Group Functions and SG&A** to oversee our Enabler SG&A budget and provide financial support to our 10 Enabler support functions and the Group FP&A organization.

     

    This is a **hybrid** opportunity based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.

     

    This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A (Enablers & Digital Technology).

    What You Will Do:

    • Oversee the Enabler SG&A budget and serve as the Finance partner to our 10 Group Functions. Work closely with functional budget owners in HR, Legal, Finance, EH&S, Security, Communications, Quality, TMO, GSD and the President’s Office.

    • Manage all monthly closing, reporting, and forecast activities for the Enabler budget. Monitor the spend, working with the Group Functions to understand any variances and work gap closure plans.

    • Provide financial support on special projects and strategic initiatives.

    • Lead the annual plan process for Enablers budget.

    • Work with Accounting and Government Finance to support any audits and analysis related to group allocations.

    • Serve as liaison to the RTX Corporate and Enterprise Services team to understand the centrally managed corporate allocations that come to Pratt. Monitor and report out on brochure costs, finding ways to improve the process.

    • Support the S4 Corporate Allocations workstream and oneRTX initiatives as needed.

    • Provide SG&A support and analytics for Group FP&A, assisting with data requests from the Pratt EC or RTX.

    • Drive financial/business process improvements to support effective budget management and business performance.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

    • **US citizenship** is required due to required access to systems limited to U.S. citizens only.

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    • Strong financial leadership, analytical thinking, and adaptability.

    • Knowledge of SAP/BW a plus.

    The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
