    As the **Senior Analyst, Administration** you will join our Collins Aerospace Avionics team and support the Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) Program as part of the **STARS Program Office** in Marlborough, MA. The STARS program is tasked with design, production, deployment, and sustainment of air traffic control systems and components throughout the United States and global locations. You will support the STARS program by managing the delivery and receipt of different data items between the Collins Aerospace Avionics team and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) customer counterparts.

    What You Will Do** **​:

    + You will work in a **hybrid capacity** with weekly onsite expectations at our Marlborough, MA facility

    + Manage and Maintain Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) database

    + Monitor due dates, obtain CDRLs from originators, obtain appropriate approvals, submit to customer on time, monitor due dates for applicable customer response

    + Produce routine outlook and metric reports

    + Record CDRLs internally as formal records per current record retention policies

    + Manage and Maintain Program Directives (PDs) database

    + Monitor revision due dates, version control, owners/authors, approvers

    + Initiate updates, circulate for appropriate approvals, publish updated version, archive prior version

    + Produce routine outlook reports

    + Participate in and provide data for audits

    + Monitor incoming/outgoing Contract letters, distribute to appropriate teams, upload Contract letters in appropriate Collins or customer repositories, maintain Collins Contract Letter Log in coordination with Contracts Manager

    + Communicate effectively with program members and various levels of management to ensure appropriate Data Management practices and procedures are adhered to

    + Coordinate, lead and participate in projects for process improvement and problem solving

    + Perform ad-hoc requests as assigned

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.

    + Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.

    + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    + Prior experience with Teams, SharePoint, Zoom virtual video conferencing platforms.

    + Prior experience working in a dynamic, fast paced ever changing environment.

    + Experience working directly with customer contacts and building a strong customer relationship.

    + Ability to communicate with clear messaging, attention to detail and follow-through.

    + Proven ability to manage tasks, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.

    + Comfortable learning new tools and technology concepts quickly.

    The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
