The **Systems Automation Developer** will directly report into our Manager of Development & Solutions System Automation. Will deliver process automations to drive successful adoption of automation at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). In addition to building automations, owns deliverables across the automation journey to ensure the automation use cases and scenarios are properly documented.

This is a remote position. We are looking for experienced candidates that have worked with UiPath RPA before.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or similar professional experience within these fields.

+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience with software development and/or RPA technologies.

+ Ability to use critical thinking in solving a problem.

+ Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively.

+ Ability to perform code analysis to understand how code is implemented.

+ Cross-functional business and application knowledge.

+ Understand data structures; Understand and follow coding best practices, e.g., naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting.

+ Excellent written and verbal skills.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

+ Experience in .NET, PowerShell, HTML.

+ Familiarity with Epic, PeopleSoft, Oracle applications.

+ Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML).

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

+ UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
