Hourly Rate: $26.95 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Conagra Brands in Hagerstown, proud makers of Gardein, is looking for a Production Analyst to join our 2nd shift team. You will join a team of about 250 and will report to the Production Supervisor.

The Production Analyst will be responsible for leading Inventory Control and SAP process compliance within the production area. Drives root-cause analysis on discrepancies, communicates findings and implements new processes & procedures to reduce losses in the future. Tasks are including, but not limited to, managing shop orders, conducting inventory audits and coordinating with operators and lead to ensure accurate inventory.

You Will:

+ Help processing and packaging with tasks such as:

+ Conduct tag audits

+ Train new SAP users

+ Analyze production reports/data, along with following up on corrective actions as needed

+ Ensure materials transfer procedures and documentation procedures are followed

+ Ensure accurate functions are completed in SAP

+ Create and update SOs

+ Review and update SOs from the prior day

+ Reconcile inventory between issued vs physical inventory

+ Audit SOs during production

+ Verify Room Audits

+ Print production SAP paperwork as required

+ Generate and analyze reports:

+ Yield

+ Attainment /Adherence/Absorption Performance

+ Complete shift hand-off with other Production Analyst

+ Complete end of shift paperwork reconciliation and verification with area leads

+ Other duties as assigned

You Have:

+ Ability to work in variety of climates including refrigeration (~35 degrees) or frying room (~90 degrees)

+ Ability to work at elevated levels (working platform)

+ Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds

+ Ability to key enter information into data systems
