About the Role: The President and CEO is responsible for leading Catalpa Health to achieve its mission of helping children and families improve their mental health and wellness. The President will accomplish this through the development and execution of a multi-year strategic plan with measurable objectives. The President is responsible for ensuring that Catalpa Health s goals for access to care, programmatic growth, quality service, partnership satisfaction, employee engagement and financial stewardship are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Align all aspects of Catalpa Health s strategy and operations to achieve organizational goals for quality, people, and stewardship. This includes key metrics related to access to care, programmatic growth, quality outcomes, employee engagement, partner and patient satisfaction, and financial results. Work with the Catalpa Health Board of Directors to ensure Board understanding of, and alignment with, Catalpa Health s mission, vision, and strategic plan, promoting consensus on key strategic and tactical decisions. Collaborate with Board of Directors and key leaders to define, communicate, and implement a strategic plan for improving pediatric mental health and wellness. Continuously communicate progress toward achievement of strategic priorities with the Board of Directors. Ensure Catalpa fulfills its mission while remaining financially viable. In collaboration with the executive team, manage Catalpa Health s budget and operations to meet financial goals, increase operational quality and excellence, and build sustainability. In conjunction with the Catalpa Foundation Executive Director, work with donors, community stakeholders and others to ensure ongoing philanthropic support of Catalpa Health s mission, consistent with the financial goals and expectations. Ensure that there is a robust development plan. Required Education and Experience Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Business Administration, health Care Administration, Public Administration, Behavioral Health/Counseling, Social Work or equivalent Minimum of 7-10 years management/executive experience in behavioral health or other health care setting Why Join Catalpa Health?
