    Time: 10am-4pm

     

    Instructions: When you arrive please feel free to use our visitor parking located across the street from the hospital. At the hospital entrance, inform the receptionist that you are here for the hiring event, and we will provide you with instructions to our Kurth Auditorium where the event is held.

    Sign-on bonus: this position offers a sign-on bonus for part/full-time vacancies prorated dependent upon shift hours up to $6,000

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    + A variety of Clinical Measures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels

    + Bathing, observation and meals

    + ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)

    + Answering call buttons

    + Ensures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations

    + Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills

     

    Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degree with Basic Life Support certification. Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required. An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required.

     

    Per-diem roles are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
