Location of position: Lisle, IL
As our Product Manager - Service Transformation, you will be responsible for the overall value delivered by a group of products or a significantly large product throughout its lifecycle. You will guide Product Owners and product teams in understanding stakeholder and user needs, prioritizing and executing development or changes, and delivering business value through effective product operations.
You will bring 15+ years of product design / product management experience. You will also bring previous line manager experience of working in Europe, Service business domain with 15+ years of experience. You will also use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s or Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
The role requires strong communication, techno-functional leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a hybrid working schedule and up to 15% travel. The candidate must reside within the Greater Chicago Area.
Other Duties and requirements:
+ Demonstrate experience of working in a global context
+ 10+ years of experience in an ERP (SAP Preferred), Field Service
+ Management, Salesforce or other Frontline workforce technologies and
+ Platforms
+ Ensure resources are available, remove impediments, and support collaboration with stakeholders to help product teams achieve their goals
+ Seek synergies between multiple products and teams to optimize outcomes and efficiencies, covering areas such as product value propositions, business engagement, product operations, resource planning, and supplier collaboration. You’ll also manage the financial aspects of product lifecycles and regularly seek stakeholder feedback to improve the value delivered by their teams and products.
+ As senior leaders in their IT department or unit, Product Managers play a crucial role in developing organizational capabilities through competence development, ecosystem engagement, and continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

_Annual Base Pay Range:_
The hiring range for this role is $156,600 – $215,380. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
_Variable Compensation:_
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
