    The Analyst, Crew Scheduling is a member of the Crew Scheduling Operations Support team within the Integrated Operations Division. Leads multiple initiatives that include application testing and development, analytics and data gathering, and data research and reporting.

     

    What you'll do

    • Lead application testing efforts for crew scheduling systems, including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.

    • Participate in development of initiatives and processes to enhance efficiency in the Crew Scheduling department

    • Conduct detailed research and generate reports to support decision-making within Crew Scheduling and the broader Integrated Operations team

    • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for process improvements

    • Identify operational challenges and develop proactive strategies to address them

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure solutions and resolutions are well adapted to the business and operational objectives

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • High School Diploma or relevant work experience

    • 2 years of experience in data analysis, operations support, or application testing

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

    • Knowledge of Crew Scheduling applications and business processes

    • Hands-on Knowledge and experience in a technology environment

    • Experience working with Agile methods and tools

    • Research and analytics background, including tableau, azure, Opshub, Opstrak, FOS, and various crew applications

    • Powerapps/platforms, PowerBI experience

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Knowledge of quality management, program analysis skills, and research skills

    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision

    • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change

    • Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

    • Ability to work in a stressful environment

    • Ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis

    • Satisfactory Attendance and Performance

    • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed
