    **Job Title:** Production Operator/Quality Inspector

    **Pay: $20.00/** Hour

    **Shift:** Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) or (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

    **Schedule:** (2-3-2 rotation)

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Production Operator/ Quality Inspectors.** This role is critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products through precise inspection and testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment and be comfortable with a rotating schedule.

    Duties

    + Perform line inspection duties including visual checks for color correctness and dimensional accuracy of shingles.

    + Conduct quality tests and routine audits to ensure product conformance.

    + Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

    + Make real-time decisions regarding product quality and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.

    + Accurately enter test data into required systems.

    + Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.

    Qualifications:

    + **Required Experience:**

    + Minimum **3+ years** in a quality inspection or quality lab role in a manufacturing environment.

    + **Education:**

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Trade School Certification or Associate Degree preferred.

    + Must be able to pass a **color blindness test** .

    + Strong mathematical and Microsoft Office skills.

    + Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
