Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Program Control Manager 3** . This position will be located in **Roy, UT** and will support the **Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent** program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
+ Leading the GBSD Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), Internal and External Audits, and other financial assurance engagements
+ Providing insight and support to Subcontract Management Teams managing the supply base
+ Overseeing and ensuring quality of financial data delivered to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
+ Support the development of the GBSD Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP)
+ Identifying issues and making recommendations to management for resolution or mitigation

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 8+ years of industry related experience in Finance, Accounting, Pricing/Cost estimating, Contracts, Program Control, or other related Business Management function(s); Master's degree with 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
+ Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
+ Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
+ Experience leading teams to successful outcomes
+ Strong experience operating within highly compliant business environments (e.g., Earned Value Management, TINA Compliant Cost Estimating, FAR/DFARS required Contracting, etc.)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency
+ Experience in establishing a program baseline or significant experience in developing time phased pricing or estimating forecasts
+ Understanding of DoD Contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR/DFARS
+ Active DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite
Preferred Qualifications:
+ MBA or a Master’s Degree in a Business related field
+ Management experience
+ Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management
+ Experience using Deltek COBRA cost management and Oracle Primavera software tools
+ Active Top Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
