We are searching for a Warehouse and Fleet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse! This role is integral for making sure processes run smoothly for both our inventory and fleet services. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a background in trades distribution, and some electrical experience.

What You’ll Do:
+ Receive material request forms containing written requests for materials. Acquire materials by creating purchase order and/or allocations from stocking locations.
+ Coordinate materials delivered to assure items are available for installation based on project and service order schedules.
+ Receive and document items shipped to Tribble Electric warehouse or pick up materials at vendor warehouse.
+ Supervise the pulling of stocked materials, documenting material allocation, and placing of materials at vendor warehouse.
+ Notify Project Managers and Service Manager of materials received for projects and service orders.
+ Confirm receipt of material with Project Managers/Service Manager when items are removed from warehouse or delivered to job site.
+ Provide weekly PO and allocation reports to Project Managers/Service Manager/Operations Manager.
+ Provide PO and allocation return reports to Project Managers/Service Manager/Operations Manager at close of project, and confirm accuracy of material returns.
+ Receive completed work orders from Project Managers/Service Manager.
+ Contact vendors to generate RMA for material returns, notify AP department, and update job record.
+ Coordinate stock items returned from project to warehouse shelves and update job record.
+ Control truck inventories and parts database.
+ Contact suppliers to purchase new materials or to replenish insufficient stock.
+ Supervise the receipt, sorting, and placement in designated job bins and stock shelves, all incoming materials, and tools.
+ Ensure all materials needed on job sites are shipped and/or picked up on a timely basis.
+ Ensure warehouse is maintained in a neat, orderly, and safe manner at all times.
+ Follow company policies and procedures in the performance of duties.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all financial, personnel, and corporate data both internally and externally. Ensure data is reviewed with others only when authorized and on a “need to know” basis.
+ Coordinate vehicle maintenance program.
+ Drive in all weather conditions on a regular basis to either deliver or pick up materials.
+ Operate a forklift as needed.
+ Maintain excellent attendance to ensure functions are performed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
+ Trades distribution experience is preferred.
+ Electrical field experience is a plus.
+ Excellent attendance and time management is required.
+ Driving Requirements
+ Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
+ Must have positive points on state driving record.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
+ Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
+ All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
+ Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
+ Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
