    Position Summary

    The Information Governance and Privacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing review processes governing the use and disclosure of Confidential Information. This includes competitively sensitive information, protected health information (PHI), and personally identifiable information (PII). The role ensures compliance with best practices, regulatory obligations, and commitments to clients, customers, and regulators. Furthermore, this role will also include analyzing metrics generated by various IGPO tools to develop trend analyses regarding risks to existing privacy program processes. Additionally, this role will play a key part in helping to advance the knowledge management practices and culture with the Information Governance and Privacy Office.

    Required Qualifications

    + 5+ years of privacy experience.

    + 2+ years of successful experience working in a healthcare privacy department or in healthcare privacy related capacity. This includes a solid understanding of the HIPAA Privacy Rule.

    + 2+ years of experience working on an operations team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and current web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge)

    + Familiarity with Tableau, Radar, Archer and QuickBase preferred.

    + Advanced organizational and analytical skills to support triage and process improvement activities.

    + Strong written and oral communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently as well as across teams.

    + Experience managing multiple priorities and projects.

    + Demonstrated relationship management skills at peer level.

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $60,300.00 - $145,860.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
