Please apply only if you can meet the following: JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a compassionate understanding for the elderly in the Stratford, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Shelton and surrounding towns who can: •Assist with ADL activities •Assist with personal care •Assist with ambulation with canes, walkers, wheelchairs •Assist with transfers •Medication reminders •Provide respect for the patient and their property REQUIREMENTS: •Ability of pass a background check •2 professional references / 2 personal references •Prefer a minimum of one year of experience to provide non medical services to our elderly clients •2 forms of unexpired acceptable Identification Documents BENEFITS OFFERED: •Flexible hours •Ability to choose part time or full time schedules in order for you to maintain the work/life balance you desire •24 hour staff support •Insurance plan offer for caregivers working 30+ hours per week •Paid Sick Time As one of the most innovative non-medical home care companies in the industry, Griswold prides itself in providing love and great service to our elderly population in their own homes in the Fairfield County area.
