Manage enterprise performance assessment across PPI programs, synthesizing guest, operational, and financial metrics into concise, strategic insights
Partner with stakeholders across Data & Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Guest Insights to align on outcomes and drive impact
Lead storytelling and communication efforts to socialize insights and recommendations across all levels of the organization
Define and manage routines that support end-to-end performance governance, including intake, tracking, and measurement forums
Support and influence enterprise planning and prioritization by surfacing performance implications that guide future decision-making
Advance how the business evaluates and evolves the existing store portfolio to optimize investments and enterprise outcomes

Strong capability in creating and activating learning agendas across complex, cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to connect insights to enterprise strategies and translate them into commercial outcomes
Experience with performance data tools (e.g., Greenfield, SASS) and managing large, diverse data sets
Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder influence skills—able to translate insight work into clear, actionable recommendations
Exceptional Project management skills: Serve as the critical bridge between data teams, business units, and leadership. Brings rigor to planning: timelines, dependencies, roadmaps, ensuring alignment and accountability across all cross-functional partners.
Experience navigating ambiguity, working autonomously, and driving alignment in a gray or evolving environment
