    FlexStaff is on the lookout for a talented Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to join our client's team in the Bronx, NY! The office will be relocating to Moonachie, NJ in Q1 next year.

    + Location Change: Although the office is currently in the Bronx, we're relocating to Moonachie, NJ next year. The new location is just 15 minutes by bus from Port Authority, with a short 2-minute walk from the bus stop!

    Position Details:

    + Schedule: Full-time, 100% on-site, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

    + Role Focus: Managing logistics and inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain processes from scheduling to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor inventory levels and efficiently place orders using the inventory management system.

    + Negotiate competitive raw material rates by analyzing pricing and market trends.

    + Oversee the purchasing process, including RFQs, orders, and delivery tracking.

    + Organize invoices and handle payment correspondence with precision.

    + Process invoices in QuickBooks and manage payments with CEO approval.

    + Collaborate closely with the bookkeeper to upload supporting documents and reconcile credit card statements.

    + Assist in the collection of aging accounts receivable and address customer payment inquiries.

    + Process weekly payroll using systems like Rippling and ensure the timely issuance of W-2 forms.

    + Contribute to year-end tax compliance and ensure payroll data aligns with employee benefits.

    The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000/year
