The Manager, Ethics & Compliance will support the Director, Ethics & Compliance with leading the global ethics & compliance program, This role will lead the global compliance education program, develop initiatives to promote a strong ethical culture, and support major ethics & compliance program efforts.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Develop and ensure the delivery of engaging ethics & compliance training around the world through in-person, webinar, eLearning, and training the trainer, including Code of Conduct education for office and production team members.
+ Oversee the revision process of our Code of Conduct; support the annual revision of the Supplier Code of Conduct.
+ Manage the Conflict of Interest annual reporting cycle; work with business leaders and HR to adjudicate potential conflicts.
+ Lead the Global Ethics Network (GEN), a group of international, cross-functional team members committed to ensuring the company values are understood and guiding team members to appropriate resources when they have questions or face ethical dilemmas.
+ Develop and launch annual ethical culture survey for office team members, ensure questions are presented to production team via Peakon survey
+ Lead the submission process for ethics-related recognitions, i.e. the World’s Most Ethical Companies; support other submission processes as needed.
+ Manage multiple international and domestic vendor relationships.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree with seven (7) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
+ Three (3) or more years of management, supervisory, or leading experience.
+ Ability to travel 25%.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
+ Master’s degree in Ethics or Communications.
+ Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
+ Experience in writing and applying for world-class awards.
+ Experience in grant-writing, publishing, training, conference presentation, Ethics & Compliance, or policy management.
+ Superior written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
+ Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
