Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Cage and Vault Supervisor to join our team in Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cage Supervisor, you will supervise daily cage operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

What will you do?

+ Oversee cage operations; enforce all policies, procedures, and internal controls

+ Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers; assist in staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members

+ Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability

+ Handle guest complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the guest and the company

More about you

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license

+ Minimum of two years' supervisory or management experience required

+ Cash handling experience required; ability to handle large amounts of money accurately

+ Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing

+ Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends as required

+ No college degree required

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift 30 pounds
