    Job Summary

    Lead and champion Comcast Business Campaign and Creative Analytics, working cross-functionally to collect, analyze and transforming data into actionable insights. Take initiative in numerous key business decisions by communicating these insights that directly inform the business strategy, including impact measurement, A/B testing, clustering and segmentation, and deep dive analytics. Ensure team operations are aligned with overall Comcast Business and Marketing Goals.

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain regular performance and business impact results for Direct Marketing including Email, Social, Display and DM Campaigns

    + Lead collaborative discussions with marketing, creative and execution leadership to help ground strategy in data-driven insights

    + Orchestrate and deliver analysis of complex datasets to investigate results and identifying opportunities for improving campaign targeting and marketing creative

    + Develop robust campaign testing protocols including A/B and multivariate cross channel tests to advance creative strategy and go-to-market for marketing campaigns

    + Present and communicate findings in a manner that is storied, compelling, and easy to understand

    + Query against disparate big data platforms and advise on the relevancy of data, recommending alternate data sources as needed

    + Participate in data governance of data, ensuring proper data mapping, usability and security for delivering accurate analyses.

    + Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

    + Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and apply them to business challenges.

    + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

    + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

    + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
