Join our clinical anesthesiology team in modern and technologically advanced outpatient settings @ our Tucson campus, South Tucson campus and ASC locations. As a member of our Community Physician division, you will care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. Bread and butter anesthesiology case work, no subspecialty work.

*17 SHIFTS PER MONTH FOR FULL TIME*

**Part-time options WELCOME!** Any FTE amount will be considered. Shift requirements and compensation for part-time FTE are prorated accordingly.

While our core faculty division within our Department of Anesthesiology focuses on resident education and supervision models, this new **community division** of the Department of Anesthesiology will focus on personal performance anesthesia for our outpatient surgical cases.

*$545k Is The Anticipated Total Annual Compensation*

Sign-on bonus $50K.

The compensation model is a a competitive combination of guaranteed base salary, productivity, shift differentials AND incentive bonus.Additional shift pay available for extra earnings.
