    Job Overview

    **Fairview Health Services** is seeking an EXPERIENCED **Physician Assistant** to join our primary care practice at **M Health Fairview Clinic – Vadnais Heights** . Join a collegial and supportive family medicine group, including 4 physicians providing OB care.

    Practice Details:

    + **11 provider primary care** practice **.**

    + **Patient encounters average 15-20 patients per day.**

    + **Openings: .80 FTE - 1.0 FTE (Full Time)**

    + As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

    + **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

    Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

    + BC/BE through NCCPA

    + Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice

    + Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

    + Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3 years of PA experience required

    Compensation Disclaimer

     

    The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
