Further, the Robots are equipped with pumps, tools equipment, and paint application systems to be able to use different tools and pigment applications, which is managed using two softwares:
1. Rhinoceros 3D: This software is used to create, edit, analyze, animate, and give instructions to the robot on movements to carry out, type of tool to use and when to use it, the working height, decide whether liquid or power pigment should be applied, identify precise amount of pigment required, and how to fill the raw material with certain cuts.
2. Eureka Simulation: This software interfaces with Rhinoceros 3D to perform realistic, 3D simulations of the entire work cell allowing the company to detect problems such as singularities, collisions, out of bounds and it offers powerful, easy-to-use tools to overcome problems identified.
