Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data while ensuring its integrity and confidentiality. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and organized team.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring proper corrections are made.

• Maintain and organize records in compliance with company standards.

• Utilize Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents as needed.

• Process order entries efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Assist with general administrative tasks as required. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience with Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.

• Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
