    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator to join our team in Savannah, GA. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing supply chain operations, enhancing efficiency, and fostering collaboration with nursing staff to ensure seamless workflows. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to healthcare logistics and supply chain processes.

    Job Description:

    The Facility Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator ensures efficient, compliant, and accessible supply areas while supporting nursing satisfaction through workflow improvements and feedback collection.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Optimize supply room layouts and inventory practices.

    + Collaborate with nursing staff to resolve supply-related issues.

    + Monitor and drive nursing satisfaction regarding supply accessibility.

    + Maintain accurate Min/Max inventory levels.

    + Support new supply chain initiatives and tools.

    + Perform supply area checks for organization and compliance.

    + Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.

    + Participate in quality improvement and training programs.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    + Required: High School Diploma or GED

    + Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, with one year of supply chain or healthcare operations experience.

    Skills:

    + Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.

    + Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.

    + Customer-focused and proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Frequent mobility, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and pushing carts.

    + Occasional exposure to hospital conditions.
