    Job Description

    Under the clinical direction of the Cardiology Coordinator, performs Cardiac Ultrasound and/or Vascular Ultrasound per policy and procedure. Conducts initial patient interview, makes preliminary assessment of test data. Prepares studies for physician interpretation. Works closely with physicians and Cardiology Coordinator to assure accurate and timely test results. The sonographer shall have the ability to provide care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.na
