Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Drives the brand and demand Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) as a coordinator of a manufacturing plant, region and supply chain, in order to reach the economical customer service.
+ Consolidates, analyzes and challenges global forecasts for his product brands (incl. LCM and OEM), liaises with regional demand managers, LCM and OEM teams in order to reach the expected accuracy and quality
+ Drives and prepares Brand S&OP meetings, builds scenarios considering supply, customer needs, risks and opportunities and Brand extension
+ Provides S&OP guidelines to Inventory Manager on inventory policies, logistics, shelf life and allocations in order to increase customer OTIF, lower distribution costs and scrap risks, drives allocations and monitors promotion actions
+ Proposes forecast profiles during launch stage, considering scrap risks and sales forecasts, integrating ComOps and marketing business plan into operational forecasts, country per country
+ Watches for APO-DPM forecasting system data accuracy and drives its cleansing
+ Leads RSL reviews and maintains the RSL promised by DC to subsidiary in the information systems
Education, Skills, & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to make decisions - Ability to synthetize information
+ Ability to work in cross-functional environment
+ Customer / Business oriented
+ Planning and S&OP
+ Good level with standard IS software (Excel, SAP…)
+ Very good relationship skills, agility to adapt and understand complex matters rapidly
