    Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Retail PharmacySchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Diabetes Management Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail pharmacy processes, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive diabetes-related services to our patients. This role involves pharmacy staffing, patient education, medication management, and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize diabetic patient outcomes.

    Department Specific Job Details:

    Education:

    + Doctor of Pharmacy OR Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

    Experience:

    + Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred

    + Diabetes management experience preferred, but not required

    Certifications:

    + Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) preferred, but not required
