Sr ISC Production Supervisor

As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while meeting quality standards and optimizing operational efficiency. Your leadership will be vital in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within the production team.

You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an **On-site work schedule** . In this role, you will impact the company by optimizing production processes, increasing productivity, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities

+ Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards

+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 2+ years of leadership experience

+ Proficiency in production processes and quality standards

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

+ Experience in Lean manufacturing

+ Experience in a manufacturing, machine shop or aerospace environment

+ Proven track record of optimizing production processes
