    As a **Senior Portfolio Manager - Smart Grid Services** at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing the performance and lifecycle of our offerings. Direct strategic vision and execution for our Honeywell Smart Grid Services (SGS) line of business, driving innovation and market leadership. Lead product strategy, roadmap, and partner ecosystems, leveraging deep utility domain expertise with focus on energy efficiency, demand response, and customer engagement to deliver impactful solutions.

     

    **Location:** Raleigh, NC or Houston, TX

    **Travel/Territory:** 25% domestic

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Strategic Product Leadership:**

    + Define and execute long-term product strategy, aligning with market trends and utility sector needs.

    + Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify strategic opportunities.

    + Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features for maximum customer value.

    + **Utility Domain Expertise & Innovation:**

    + Leverage deep understanding of energy efficiency and demand response programs, consumer engagement, and program design.

    + Identify and address specific utility challenges, driving product innovation.

    + Monitor and integrate emerging utility trends, technologies, and regulations.

    + **EE/DR/DER Offering(s) Strategy:**

    + Lead full product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

    + Implement agile methodologies, track KPIs, and optimize solution/offering performance.

    + Define and implement long term solution strategies that align with company goals.

    + **Partner Ecosystem & Integration:**

    + Establish and manage strategic partnerships with tech and data providers.

    + Drive seamless integration of partner solutions into the Honeywell SGS platform.

    + Negotiate and manage partner agreements for mutual benefit.

    + **Team Leadership & Collaboration:**

    + Collaborate with development, operations, sales, and marketing for aligned solution delivery.

    + Manage budgets and resources effectively.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    + Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.

    + Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.

    + Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
