    The Director of Data Management will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, support, and strategic development of financial reporting systems. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data, managing key system controls, and leading strategic initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders. This role will provide strategic support for our Enterprise Performance Management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of finance systems.

     

    You will work out of our Charlotte or Phoenix location on a Hybrid 3+ work schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    •System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the smooth operation of financial reporting systems, particularly during critical periods like month-end closing, forecasting, and annual planning processes.

    •Data Controls: Maintain and execute key systems and data controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    •Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs, provide system support, and manage relationships effectively.

    •System Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain system strategies and roadmaps to enhance the capabilities of financial reporting systems and support the organization's goals.

    You Must Have

    •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    •Proven experience in managing financial systems, with a focus on reporting systems and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

    •Strong understanding of financial processes, including month-end closing, forecasting, and annual planning.

    •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    •Proficiency in system controls, data integrity, and compliance standards.

    •Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps.

    We Value

    •Experience with Oracle EPM suite including Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management and FDMEE

    •Experience with data management frameworks and execution
