    Principal Only, Integrated Supply Chain (“ISC”), Digital Transformation, and Compliance is a senior role in the Legal Group of Energy and Sustainability Solutions (“ESS”).

     

    You will be working closely with the General Counsel, ISC and Transformation and AGC to manage ESS ISC contracts and disputes, Transformation (including M&A), and digital transformation (AI tools for contracting) matters. You will also be working closely with other senior leaders of the ESS Legal Group to anticipate and mitigate potential legal and compliance problems within the organization and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Provide negotiation, drafting, compliance and dispute-resolution support for ESS ISC organization that includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning & Logistics, HSE, Quality, Sourcing and Procurement.

    + Provide advice on a wide range of supply chain and procurement related legal and business matters to ESS leaders and other functional stakeholders

    + Drive continuous improvement on contract processes, templates and playbooks

    + Work on ESS Legal Digital Transformation and metrics reporting

    + Support ESS M&A efforts/initiatives and perform due diligence

    + Mitigate and settle potential legal issues

    + Coordinate with outside legal counsel on projects

    + Be a change agent and improve processes and procedures

     

    The annual base salary range for this position is $185,000-231,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    This position is incentive plan eligible.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent

    + Active license to practice law in a US state

    + 5+ years of experience in transactional and litigation matters with a multi-national corporation and/or law firm, preferably with demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating large scale and complex contracts/projects for multinational companies

    + ISC/Supply Chain/Global Manufacturing Operations or Oil, Gas, Petrochemical or Renewable Energy experience

    + Legal Compliance experience
