    Now Hiring Motor Coach Drivers in State College, PA!

    Job Description

    + Operate motor coach buses on pre-established routes or tours.

    + Ensure passenger safety and comfort during trips.

    + Perform pre-route checks on the vehicle.

    + Provide excellent customer service to passengers.

    + Adhere to all traffic laws and transportation regulations.

    + This is a permanent role!

    + **If you do not have a CDL, CDL classes will be provided to get your Class A CDL!**

    Schedule/Pay:

    + Schedule may vary dependent on route being driven

    + This role will require regular travel, including some trips lasting multiple days/nights.

    + Base pay rate for this role will start at $17/hour, with room for growth, bonuses, etc.

    Additional Skills

    + Previous driving experience is preferred but not required!

    + Strong tenure on resume

    + Customer focused

    + Must have valid Class C drivers license or Class A CDL.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr.

     

    - Dental and Vision Insurances eligible 60 days from date of hire

     

    - Company Paid Life Insurance eligible 60 days from date of hire

     

    - Company Paid Short Term Disability eligible 60 days from date of hire

     

    - Ancillary Benefits eligible 1 year from date of hire

     

    - 401(k) participation eligible to begin contributions immediately

     

    - Paid vacation (must work 1000 hours in 12 month period from date of hire)
