    Lead HVAC Installer

    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, including split systems and heat pumps. This role involves working with gas lines, sheet metal, PVC, and electrical ductwork, as well as managing refrigerants and system calibration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and mentor team members through hands-on training and guidance.

    + Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

    + Utilize specialized tools to perform system performance evaluations.

    + Adhere to OSHA regulations and appliance safety standards.

    + Travel to client locations daily for scheduled service calls.

    + Assess equipment for potential maintenance issues.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical HVAC problems.

    + Conduct cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and warranty services.

    + Respond to emergency repair requests with urgency and efficiency.

    + Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions.

    + Restore and maintain HVAC systems to optimal condition.

    + Document service visits, transactions, and maintain accurate invoicing.

    + Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and HVAC supplies.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience.

    + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration and heating.

    + Proficient with industry tools such as gauges, manometers, hand tools, and torches.

    + Skilled in system balancing and interpreting technical schematics.

    + EPA 608 Certification required.

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    + Familiarity with boiler systems.

    + OSHA 10 certification (training available if needed).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
