Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

This position is responsible for efficiently moving inventory within the warehouse to fulfill customer orders and manage incoming materials.

Responsibilities

+ Retrieve inventory to fill customer orders.

+ Store incoming materials on designated inventory racks, shelves, or bins.

+ Fill and package outbound shipments.

+ Record all inventory movement using a handheld scanner.

+ Identify damage, loss, or foreign object debris (FOD) of goods and materials stored or utilized within the warehouse.

+ Run inventory reports for stock and location validation.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with forklift operations is a plus.

+ Proficiency in packing and packaging.

+ Strong inventory management skills.

+ Ability to use RF scanners effectively.

+ Material handling expertise.

+ Shipping and receiving knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Computer literacy required.

+ Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse environment with a focus on fastener distribution. The role operates on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The company is set to expand to a new building, close to the current location, within the next year and a half.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
