    Job Title: PM Tech / Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    This role involves a balanced mix of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on diverse equipment and machinery. You will work from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend scheduled and an opportunity for 10-15 hours of overtime, which is not currently mandated.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery and equipment.

    + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.

    + Conduct engine rebuilds and control circuit repairs.

    + Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and robotic equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-4 years of mechanical maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in preventative maintenance and engine rebuilding.

    + Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and control circuits.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with manufacturing maintenance.

    + Skills in hydraulic/pneumatic repair.

    + Robotic maintenance and welding/fabricating expertise.

    + Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems.

    Work Environment

     

    You will be working in a large glass manufacturing facility with conditions that vary seasonally, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. As a unionized company, you will have the opportunity to join the union after 60 days. The maintenance department consists of a team of 20 technicians within a full-time employee base of 390.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crestline, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
