Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Sunbury, OH location. The role involves planning, executing mechanical and electrical maintenance, and managing inventory control of our equipment. The technician will make recommendations to enhance group effectiveness and customer satisfaction, while ensuring their work is complete, accurate, and logically sound.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of multi-craft systems.

+ Handle 480V / 3-phase motors and PLC controls.

+ Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams.

+ Propose improvement projects to optimize maintenance and operational efficiency.

+ Submit parts and tool requirements via materials requests or direct entry into the inventory system.

+ Support the Planner Scheduler by communicating work assignments and parts requirements.

+ Provide constructive suggestions to enhance equipment care based on experience.

+ Adhere to plant policies and procedures consistently.

+ Commit to ongoing learning to achieve multi-skilled technician status, with the ultimate goal of complete equipment maintenance support.

Essential Skills

+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise.

+ Experience with 480V / 3-phase motors.

+ Proficiency in PLC controls.

+ Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Fanuc robotics.

+ Knowledge of Japanese Automotive Manufacturing.

+ Experience in automation.

+ Skills in welding and fabrication.

+ Familiarity with CNC mill and lathe operations (Mazak G+M code).

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62982.40 - $62982.40/yr.
