Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee 4-6 technicians. The candidate will be mechanically inclined with experience in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v. We are looking for candidates with experience in ovens, bearing changes, sprocket replacements, motor and alternator repairs, and extensive conveyor systems. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee 4-6 technicians.
+ Handle electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v.
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on ovens, bearing changes, sprocket replacements, motor and alternator repairs, and extensive conveyor systems.
+ Maintain and repair pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers.
+ Operate and maintain plant and facility support equipment including ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC systems, and steam systems.
+ Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures at all times.
+ Adhere to GMP standards, HACCP compliance, and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v.
+ Experience with ovens, bearing changes, sprocket replacements, motor and alternator repairs, and extensive conveyor systems.
+ Maintenance and repair of pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers.
+ Adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
+ Understanding and adherence to GMP standards and HACCP compliance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Experience with ABB or Fanuc automation.
+ Experience with high toll and interlock conveyors.
+ Experience with motor controls and VFDs.
+ Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
+ Preventive maintenance and maintenance supervision.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a cleanroom setting where hair nets, beard nets, and coats are required. The position involves working 1st and 3rd shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, with hours from 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
