UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring 5 remote Workday implementation specialists with experience converting from PeopleSoft HR and Finance Modules to Workday HR/Finance.

Qualified candidates will have at least 7-years of experience designing and implementing real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications.

Candidates must reside in EST time Zone and have a valid linkedin profile.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

+ Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior/Expert-level Integration Developer migrating from PeopleSoft to Workday

+ Proven expertise in designing and implementing real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications

+ Experience developing and managing integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workday Cloud Connect

+ Proficiency in optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for data processing

+ Strong understanding of compliance requirements for data exchange, including FERPA, SOX, and GDPR

+ Demonstrated ability to design error-handling mechanisms, system logging, and performance optimization strategies

+ Experience providing strategic guidance for cloud migration and modernization of legacy integrations

+ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex data integration issues

+ Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements

+ Ability to maintain detailed documentation for all integration processes and ensure long-term reliability of data flow

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

+ Design and implement robust real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and external systems

+ Use tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workday Cloud Connect to manage data exchange

+ Ensure integration security and compliance with data privacy regulations (FERPA, SOX, GDPR)

+ Optimize and maintain SQL, SQR, and Application Engine scripts

+ Develop logging and monitoring tools to support error detection and system performance

+ Provide guidance on legacy system modernization and cloud migration best practices

+ Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and system owners to define and meet data integration requirements

+ Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues

+ Document integration architecture, processes, and standards
